 EQUIPMENT Rental Policy

1. Rental Terms and Period
  • Rental charges begin on the date the equipment is collected or shipped and continue until it is returned.

  • Equipment must be returned by the due date specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional daily charges.

  • Extensions must be requested in writing and are subject to approval and availability.

2. Identification & Security Deposit
  • Customers are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address before the release of equipment.

  • A refundable security deposit may be held on your credit/debit card. This will be released upon safe return and inspection of all equipment.

3. Use of Equipment
  • All equipment must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

  • Subletting, lending, or transferring equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited.

  • Equipment may not be used in hazardous environments or for training purposes without prior approval.

4. Loss, Theft & Damage
  • The renter is fully responsible for the care of the equipment during the rental period.

  • In the event of loss, theft, or damage (including cosmetic), the customer agrees to cover the full repair or replacement cost as determined by us.

  • Optional damage waiver coverage may be available; however, this does not cover negligence, water damage, fire, or theft from unattended vehicles.

5. Insurance
  • We may require proof of valid equipment insurance prior to release.

  • Alternatively, customers can opt into our in-house insurance plan (if offered), which may limit liability to a capped amount depending on the equipment rented.

6. Delivery and Returns
  • Customers are responsible for both inbound and return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Returned equipment must be packed securely using the original packaging and must include all accessories.

  • Late returns may be charged at the full daily rate for each overdue day.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the rental total.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • No refunds will be given for early returns or unused rental days.

8. Inspection & Condition
  • All equipment is thoroughly tested and cleaned prior to dispatch.

  • Customers are required to inspect equipment upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours.

  • Failure to report issues may result in charges.

9. Liability Disclaimer
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or delays caused by equipment failure, misuse, or unavailability.

  • We recommend that customers test equipment prior to use and ensure it meets their project requirements.

10. Agreement & Legal Jurisdiction
  • By renting from us, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of [Limassol/ Cyprus], and any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
