Delivery Across Cyprus

We deliver and collect equipment anywhere in Cyprus — Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos, Ayia Napa, Troodos, Akamas, Protaras. Standard delivery within Limassol is free. Delivery across the island is quoted based on distance and load (typically €40 to €120 round trip). For large productions we arrange grip truck delivery including setup.

Collection times are flexible — we accommodate early morning collection for sunrise shoots and late evening returns for day-into-night shoots. Weekend and holiday pickups are available with advance notice.

Insurance & Liability

Rental requires either (a) proof of production insurance covering the rented equipment at replacement value, or (b) a security deposit held during the rental period (returned on safe return of equipment). For agencies and production companies with existing insurance, we accept standard certificates of insurance naming Red Storm Films Ltd as additional insured. For international productions, we handle insurance coordination with Cyprus Film Commission audit requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum rental period? One day for most items. Two days for RED Monstro, Sony Venice, and some specialised cinema cameras. Half-day rentals available for photography flash kits at reduced rates on request.

Can I rent just one item or do I need to rent a full package? Both. We rent individual lenses, individual lights, and single cameras daily. Packages are offered as a convenience and a discount, never a requirement.

Do you provide an operator with equipment? Camera operators, gaffers, grips, sound recordists, DPs and DITs are all available for hire alongside equipment. Day rates range from €280 (grip, sound recordist) to €600+ (DP) depending on role and seniority.

Do you deliver to Nicosia, Larnaca, or Paphos? Yes. We deliver and collect across Cyprus daily. Delivery outside Limassol is quoted based on distance.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations more than 48 hours before rental start — no charge. Within 48 hours — 50% of rental fee. Within 24 hours — 100% of rental fee. We make exceptions for weather-related cancellations where re-booking is possible.

Do you ship to Greece or other Mediterranean countries? Yes, with advance notice. We regularly ship equipment to Greece for productions crossing between Cyprus and the Greek islands. Shipping is quoted separately.
